RETURNS

The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of their Order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

As long as the Order has not been processed, the Customer may also request its cancellation directly from their customer account, under the "My Orders" section, where this feature is available.

Once the Order has been processed, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Order by contacting Then Paris at contact@thenparis.com or, where this feature is available, by using the withdrawal form accessible from the Customer's account.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days. If an exchange has been approved, the replacement item will be shipped within the following days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued at more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
